01. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and investing funds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, including any future amendments published on the ZIFX platform.

02. Eligibility

You must satisfy the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or of legal age to invest in your jurisdiction.
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and banking information during registration.

03. Investment & Returns

Investments are allocated to forex and cryptocurrency trading accounts managed by ZIFX. Targeted monthly returns are 3–8%, depending on market conditions. These returns are not guaranteed. You may choose to withdraw profits monthly or reinvest (compound) them to grow your account.

Lock-in Period: The principal investment is subject to a 12-month lock-in period. Early withdrawal of principal incurs a 20% early exit fee.

04. Risk Disclosure

All investments carry risk. The value of your investment may fluctuate and may result in partial or total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. ZIFX provides professional management and EA-assisted trading strategies but does not guarantee profits.

05. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence is your responsibility. ZIFX reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspicious activity.

06. Use of Expert Advisors (EA)

ZIFX employs automated trading systems (EAs) to execute trades efficiently. While EAs help maintain consistency and risk management, extreme market volatility or technical failures may still result in losses.

07. Withdrawal Policy

Monthly profits can be withdrawn at any time through verified bank accounts only. Principal funds may only be withdrawn after the 12-month lock-in period unless the early exit fee is applied.

08. Fees

A 20% early withdrawal fee applies for principal funds withdrawn before the 12-month period. No hidden management fees or trading fees are charged separately; all costs are included in strategy execution.

09. Confidentiality

All investment strategies, reports, and platform-related information are confidential. You may not share platform details, strategies, or performance data with third parties without written consent from ZIFX.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZIFX and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from your investment, including loss due to market volatility or trading decisions. By investing, you assume full responsibility for all investment risks.

11. Termination

ZIFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or violation of this Agreement. Investors may terminate their participation after the 12-month lock-in, subject to withdrawal policies.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

13. Amendments

ZIFX reserves the right to update or modify ini Terms & Conditions at any time. Investors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
